Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of SupraList. By creating an account, submitting a listing, sending a message, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.

Marketplace role

SupraList is a listing and communication service. It is not the buyer, seller, dealer, broker, escrow provider, vehicle inspector, transporter, or payment processor in a vehicle transaction. Buyers and sellers are responsible for inspections, identity checks, title and registration work, taxes, payment arrangements, delivery, and compliance with applicable law.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify SupraList of suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade enforcement, or use the service if you are legally unable to enter a binding agreement.

Listing rules

A seller must have authority to offer the vehicle and must accurately disclose the year, trim, mileage, title status, modifications, location, price, known material defects, and seller type. Photos must show the actual vehicle and must be owned or licensed by the seller. Dealers remain responsible for disclosures, Buyers Guides, warranties, advertising rules, and other dealer obligations that apply to them.

Listings may not contain stolen vehicles, misleading claims, hidden fees, discriminatory content, malware, unrelated advertising, or requests for unsafe payment methods. VIN information may be hidden publicly, but SupraList may request it for review.

Review and enforcement

Submission does not guarantee publication. SupraList may request changes, reject, remove, expire, or preserve a listing when reasonably necessary for quality, safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or service operations. Review is not a mechanical inspection, title verification, warranty, or endorsement.

Messages and reports

SupraList may relay buyer messages without displaying a seller’s email address. Messages and reports may be stored and reviewed for delivery, abuse prevention, moderation, and support. Do not send payment credentials, government identification numbers, threats, spam, or unlawful content.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SupraList a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the marketplace. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SupraList disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee listing accuracy, seller identity, vehicle condition, availability, uninterrupted service, or a successful transaction. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SupraList is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from a listing, communication, transaction, or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
